Technical Sales & Support Outbound Tele Calling Process

• Startup Capacity : 10 Seats.
• Expandable : After 3 to 6 Months or as per performance(Probationary Period).
• Payment Cycle : Monthly.
• Payment Holdback : Nil.
• Payment Mode : Wire Transfer Only.
• Payment Terms : On Login Hour Basis on Portal.
• Login Time : USA/UK/AUSTRALIA/
• Payout : As per Annexure A
• Center Payment : Center will be paid Only for Operational Hours (Details in Agreement)
• Payment Increment : After 3 to 6 Months or as per performance.
• Wire Charges : To be deducted from billing.
• Type of campaign : Outbound
• Sales Target : 1SALE/Day/Agent.
• Operational Hours : 8 Hours a day, 6 Days a week.
• Sign up : Online Sign up.
• Tenure : After Probationary Period, Lock in Period of 12 months.
• Data : Provided
• Gateway for Payments : Provided
• Voip : Center should Arrange
• Training : Provided


NOTE : Dialer, Viop arranged from Center only.

REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER TERMS:

• Dailer needs to support Outbound Calls facility.(Soft or Hard)
• Male Female Ratio has to be has to be at least 1:1.
• Prior Call center experienced (Outbound/Inbound) agents to dial only.
• All call needs to be recorded and stored in Dialer or ftp for minimum 6 Months.
• Agent Login Reports and Portal Reports to be generated on a daily basis.
